Welcome to Breath Led with Lucy
Hello. I’m Lucy Spragge, a yoga & breathwork teacher based in Bristol.
I teach regular yoga and breathwork classes and workshops that have the power to improve and maintain mental and physical health, reduce anxiety, depression, stress and addictive behaviours.
I’m trained in Kundalini Global and Hatha yoga. My intention is to hold a safe space where we can learn to change how we feel through the body and breath.
Through a dynamic practice of breath and posture, we activate the energic body, finding deep presence, expansion and blissful states.
These classes are music-led, and end with the healing sound of the Crystal bowls to bring us into a deeper state of relaxation.
