A 75-minute class working with breath, posture and strength.

The classes I teach are an immersion in breathwork and Kundalini Global yoga. Open to all levels, including beginners, they are an opportunity for you to lighten the load, change how you feel, and drop into expanded, and even blissful states.

A large component of the classes is breath - it’s a powerful tool we can harness to feel more calm and more present. Some breaths will be energetic, some incredibly soft and gentle. Both will allow us to experience stillness.

When we combine the breath and posture, which allows us to drop into the body and release any heavy feelings we might be holding on. As we quiet our minds and open our hearts, we are able to regulate our nervous systems. From this space we can soothe our stress and anxious and addictive minds.

I end my classes with the quartz Crystal singing bowls to bring us into a deeper state of relaxation to complete the practice.

Since I began teaching in Bristol I have absolutely loved creating a community where we can practise together in a welcoming, supportive and often magical space.
