A 75-minute class working with breath, posture and strength.
The regular Thursday and Tuesday sessions are an immersion in breathwork and Kundalini Global yoga. Open to all levels, including beginners, they are an opportunity for you to lighten the load, change how you feel, and drop into expanded, and even blissful states.
A large component of the classes is breath - it’s a powerful tool we can harness to feel more centered and more present. Some breaths will be energetic, some incredibly soft and gentle. Both can allow us to experience stillness.
The workshops are varied some events are different .
There will be a Wednesday evening class starting in September focusing on a space for the anxious and addictive minds -Working with the Breath and stretch
