I’m Lucy Spragge, a passionate yoga and breathwork teacher based in Bristol

Through regular classes and workshops, I share yoga, breathwork and sound bath that have the power to improve and maintain mental and physical health and reduce anxiety, depression, stress and addictive behaviours.

I’m a Kundalini Global teacher and trained Hatha yoga teacher. My intention is to hold a safe space where you can trust me to show you how to initiate a change in how you feel.

Through a dynamic practice of breath and posture, we’ll activate the energic body, finding deep presence, expansion and blissful states.

We work with a powerful quantum field in which we can slowly come to realise our own power. We all have our story and emotional responses to life – my invitation is for you to allow me to show you how with breath, posture and intention you have huge power in your own transformation.

These classes are music-led, and end with the healing sound of the Crystal bowls to bring us into a deeper state of relaxation.

“Thank you @lucy_spragge for a wonderful workshop last night! I can honestly say it was the BEST yoga workshop I’ve ever been too!

I found it powerful & inspiring ❤️ Thank you 🙏🏼

“Still deep inwards thanks to your transformative class. You created a heavenly womb like space that was such a treat to walk into on a rainy winter morning. You brought my energy right to where it wanted to be. Thank you.”

“I just wanted to write and say thank you so much for a wonderful session this morning. I think without doubt this was the most nourishing yoga workshop that both of us have ever been to, and we both left refreshed and extremely energised.

We loved everything about today, the music, the layout of the room, the energy and atmosphere in the room. Many thanks to you both for all of the preparation.

Thank you so much again. We’ll be back at a workshop soon.”
