Welcome to Breath Led. I’m Lucy Spragge, a Breathwork and Kundalini Global yoga teacher. With over 20 years of experience, I brought my practice home to Bristol where I provide regular workshops and classes in a range of settings.

Having had my life changed through the integration of these practices, I know regular practice helps build focus and resilience to counter stress, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviours. By combining breath and posture we activate the energetic body, finding deep presence, expansion, and sometimes blissful states. Together these practices can empower mental health and physical wellbeing.

I’m in the middle of a 2 year Breathwork therapy training, rooted in embodied social justice & decolonial healing.


As a white bodied teacher, I acknowledge that yoga has been deeply colonised so I seek to support socially accessible and culturally respectful teaching, that is welcoming to all.

I love creating beautiful sacred spaces that are welcoming and inclusive in which to explore our body’s and breath, in order to change how we feel. Having travelled extensively, including working and living in Ibiza and west Asia, music feeds my practice, and the quartz crystal bowls are used to deepen intention, clarity and relaxation.

I teach regular breathwork and kundalini global workshops and classes in Bristol

My intention is to hold a space where we can learn to change how we feel through the body and breath.

Breathwork connects the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and helps build our capacity to feel what needs to be felt in any given moment. It is an invitation to return to our original life source medicine.

I aim to create an inclusive and welcoming space .
