Breathe into the New Year

Join us for one or two sessions in the stunning Mount Without for a day of breathwork, posture and sound as we move into 2026.

Community Morning: Breath, Stretch & Sound Bath 11-12.30pm

A 90 minute restorative session, accessible to all, to help us ground and centre. The breath is a powerful tool that can help us release stress & tension, land in our bodies, and experience a deeper state of presence. You are welcome on a mat or seated on a chair. We will end with a quartz crystal bowl sound bath. All bodies are welcome in this inclusive space.

New Year Breath Led Intentions: Breathwork, Yoga, Sound & Cacao. 2-5pm

An afternoon of breathwork, Kundalini global & sound to activate the energetic body, helping us to set our intentions and move with purpose into 2026. We will begin by sharing some cacao to bring us into our heart space and take some time to journal on where we are and what we want to welcome in. Breath, stretch & posture will help us land in our bodies, finding deeper presence and stillness. The crystal bowl sound bath will help us to relax and integrate the practice.

Working with the science of these divine ancient practices can significantly reduce anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviours, creating a profound sense of balance within the self. There is an ever-expanding body of research that supports the benefits of yoga, breathwork and meditation in improving and maintaining overall mental and physical health. 

One of the many beautiful aspects of working with the body and breath is that they gift us the ability to ‘self-regulate’: the state of presence we experience removes the need to reach outside ourselves for something to soothe us. The art of these classes is to discover that you can change how you feel. Our feelings are not in our head, but in our bodies. We have autonomy, and yoga and breath can change our physical and emotional state, our hormonal flow, and ultimately how we feel and experience ourselves. 

Breathwork and Kundalini Global Yoga have personally created profound shifts and have been instrumental in my own recovery.

I teach inclusive and non dogmatic classes

These classes are music led and end with a crystal bowl sound bath to bring us into a deeper state of relaxation.

  • Welcome to use a chair for the seated breathwork practice

  • Not suitable during pregnancy
